  1. Each service is to be between 45-50 minutes long at most, excluding hymns and prayers. (Please see below PDF of schedule)

  2. You are at full liberty (in the spirit of 1 Thess. 5:11) to choose the topic of your service(s).

  2. Opening & Closing Hymn selections for your service(s)

  1. Handout Documents and/or PowerPoint Documents to be made available to the convention attendees

Some additional tips in preparation for the convention:

  • Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection between your internet cable modem and your laptop/desktop. The preferred setup is by using an Ethernet cable rather than via WiFi, as the latter is usually slower and less reliable.

  • Please ensure that you have a good audio solution prepared; which includes ensuring that you are in a room with minimal background noice.

  • Please ensure good lighting so that others may see you well as you serve them.

  • Lastly, if you need any assistance with testing out the ZOOM screen-share functionality, or any other ZOOM feature, please coordinate with me to schedule a test time.
